I've recently taken up a lot of Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Flash/ArcGIS related work to add to the Office Manager, Quality Manager & HSE Manager hats I also wear at the company I work. I am getting a new computer and eventually CS5 software when it's released, however, we use the most arrogant IT contractor in the world who I have no confidence in delivering a decent solution.
I've been able to get his proposed spec but I'm fairly ignorant on what it all means and I want to be sure what I get will work. If anyone can say yay or nay or get a mac then please comment because if it's crap he will be exceptionally difficult and will make it v
